CanadaI bought this product to solve my joint pains and improve my hair and nails. My joint pains are somewhat solved but I think it’s not a single solution by using the collagen alone. Proper exercise and yoga also contribute to the success. In the case of my nails, my nails do look healthy but I didn’t have problems with them before but with my hair I’m having problems with my hair now . In fact I’m starting to lose hair but I am not sure whether it has anything to do with the collagen intake. Perhaps it’s just aging and maybe I lack other nutrition which I hope to find out what it is .
