CanadaI received my 2 jars and started using it immediately. I took two doses to start with. Within in about 2 weeks my hip was no where near as sore. I now just use it once a day...in my morning tea. My hip definitely feels much better. I'm generally pretty skeptical about things like this but the reviews were so good I thought I'd try it. CanadaI began taking the collagen June 19th, 2023 and had hoped to obtain some relief with the arthritis in my knees and perhaps obtain a little better mobility but, to-date, I have not noticed an improvement with my joints, nor with my skin, hair or nails either.
