CanadaAwesome stuff. My nails are hard as rock, my hair grows a lot quicker than it used to and has an extra shine. My arthritis bouts are not as frequent as they were before. I feel it's given me way more energy and a more positive outlook. Not bad for someone bearing 70 years of age.. lol
CanadaI used the product for 6 months and then wanted to see what happens if I reduced the amount of times I consumed it per week. I went down to just one day a week instead of daily. I did notice that my nails were not as strong and my hair broke/fell out more than when taking it daily. So I am back to taking it every morning in my coffee.

CanadaI started taking in January 2024 for menopausal joint pain. It took 7 months to see the drastic change in joint pain relief. I take one scoop daily in my morning coffee, it is tasteless. Note put in bottom of coffee cup then pour coffee over, it dissolves easier this way. This supplement does take time to notice the change but stick with it, it really does work ! . I will be taking collagen for the rest of my life for the benefit of joint pain relief!!!! No more pain meds for me.
