SHIPPING IS EASY
Shipping is free in Canada except when shipping to NWT, Nunavut and Yukon Territories. Shipping is also free to most places in the USA except Alaska and Hawaii
RETURN POLICY - EMPTY-BOX GUARANTEE
We want everyone to be benefitted by taking DeepMarine Collagen. However, if you’ve taken a whole box of DeepMarine (taking it everyday), and you aren’t happy, we will definitely provide you with a refund. We call this our Empty-Box Guarantee because we want to ensure that you try DM for a sufficient length of time to see the full results. Please remember that some people with severe cases of arthritis may need to take 10g daily to see optimal results. Many users find they can drop down to 5g daily after symptoms resolve
If you’ve tried, and we haven’t measured up, simply send the DM box and original sales receipt back to us. If you didn’t keep the receipt, then you can print out another one by logging into your DM account.

All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing. When mailing your return, we recommend that you get a tracking number from the postal service provider.
Shipping Policies and Information
Free shipping by choosing 5-10 business day delivery. Rush delivery is available and shipping costs will be added to customer orders.
Please note that we do not pay any duties that might be levied by Customs and Border Services. We also can not control whether they open and inspect packages that move across the border. You may be responsible for paying import duties or other fees. Please make sure you are familiar with the US Customs & Border Protection internet purchases guideline.
Where do you ship in the United States? We are able to ship to all lower 48 states. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. **Please note that we cannot ship to a United States PO box.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We will send you an automated order confirmation via email when you have successfully placed your order and another automated shipment confirmation when the parcel is shipped from our warehouse. This shipment confirmation email will contain your associated tracking number. Please get in touch with our Customer Relations team if there are any discrepancies or problems with your tracking information. Reporting Missing/Lost Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive on or before its scheduled delivery date, please allow an extra 1-2 days for it to be delivered. If it still has not arrived after this time, please reach out to our Customer Relations team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will open a formal investigation to track down your parcel. Please note that as per some courier's policy, we are unable to open lost/missing parcel investigations after a 90 day period from the date of purchase and will not be able to assist with claims made outside that timeframe.
How long will it take my order to get to me?
Our warehouse team will do their best to ship your order within 2 business days from the purchase date. *Please note that during times of higher volume (i.e. Black Friday and Boxing Day) these approximate shipping times will increase to upwards of 4 business days. Once you receive your shipment confirmation email, the tracking number will provide you with an estimated delivery date. This date can fluctuate by a few days, depending on external factors associated with any courier service. Please let our Customer Relations team know if you are experiencing longer than usual wait times and they will be happy to investigate the matter further. email@example.com
