Hi Joanne, I'm sorry to hear that you don't have results yet. It looks like you have been taking the collagen for about a month now. Although many people do see results in 3-4 weeks it's more typical to take 6-8 weeks before seeing results. It takes awhile for your body's collagen stores to build back up and for inflammation to calm down. Its at this time people begin to see a lessening of joint pain and a renewal in the health of skin, hair and nails. I hope this helps. Carol Team DeepMarine
