I really don't expect to as I know when taking any supplement it takes at least 3 months for any real changes to be noticed. CanadaIt is difficult to dissolve in hot liquids. It gets very lumpy in my morning coffee .The frother sent with it was cheaply made and damaged . I put batteries in it and it did not froth so threw it out . I own much better ones. I would not order this brand again .
